My wife has done Chemical Engineering frm India and now she is planning to do Register Respiratory Therapist (RRT) course from one of the private Institute in Dallas, Tx.
My question is: In Nursing I read that you get GC in 6 mths. is it? Is RRT falls into same category as Nursing for Green Card processing point of view?
My question is: How fast she can get her GC after completion of the course in RRT provided hospital is ready to sponsor? She is right now on H4 visa.
On of the lawyer said that RRT is a branch of Nursing and hospital can apply her GC into nursing category? Is it true?
