I have completed more than 90 days from my RD (06/11/01).
And my company filed for Chapter 11 last week, some other company is
planning to acquire our company in another 90 days.
I would like to collect my iEAD from the local office now
so that I will be ok after the acquisition.
At what time I have to be there in the San Jose INS line to get my iEAD ?
Also please let me know about the documents required and the procedures involved in this.
