Please reply ASAP - Critical Issue

My friend got a query today on his paystubs. His petetion got filed on January29th 2002 for extention of his H1. But He don't know that his previous employer revoked his H1 on December 29th 2001. What should he do now?. He can't get the new pay stubs because his H1 was already revoked at the time of his filing a new petetion.

Any advises will be appriciated.

Your friend has to present his case through an expert lawyer. From the previous notes, INS is approving this kind of applications case by case basis. With a good explanation, the lawyer should be able to convince the INS.
