Hi,
I changed employers after 180 days of 485 filing a few times and have not sent an AC21 letter to INS since according to my company lawyers at that time, as long as I had the intent to return to my original employer after the Green Card approval. So I went with that logic and did not file for AC21. But now, after seeing so many people filing AC21 letters, I am thinking whether I need to do the same or not?
I dont want to confuse the INS by filing for AC21 and create any RFEs for myself.
So, is it possible for me to avoid filing for AC21 and do it only if specifically directed to do so in an RFE?
If I need to file an AC21, what about the job changes I made where I did not file AC21? I would be filing for my current employer right, not the prior employers so would that be any issue?
Please help urgent.
Regards,

Don't worry too much. There are several filers including myself who have not filed AC21 as per my attorney. If you get a RFE for EVL, you can provide the required documentation. Enjoy the weekend :)

Thanks

Thanks Ihack,

Dear 'tight'wait, just sit 'tight' :D the above advise is 'right' have good sleep in 'night' no need to 'fight' so smile now :D

and no need to worry about it as long as u are working in same field and closer/similar possition in LC you are absolutly fine and have strong case. they would send u EVL in future and you may prepare the letter with help of ur Attorney.

All I understand with AC-21 that this is not required and you already have spend 180 after filling 485 + you have approved 140. now time to smile and sit tight like this :D :D :D

Good Luck
