I have already sent my I-485 based on EB3 and is now in pending state. I don't have hopes of it being it as EB3
I am planning to file again with my spouse in EB2 category thinking that EB2 is better than EB3.
While answering I-485 and in Part3 there is a question..
Have you ever before applied for Permanent resident status in US? If Yes, give date and place of filing and final disposition...
I will defnitely say 'Yes'
If I say 'Yes' will there be any negative affect to any any of my I-485 application?
Please provide your advice/opinionon what I should answer to this question...
