Hi All
I am on H1 and want to start LLC company(consulting company) in Chicago by recruiting my Aunt as CEO since she has Greencard. My questions are

1. I am working in Ohio and want to start company in other state. Is it possible.
2. Is it compulsory staying at the same palce where company will be registered.
3.Is it mandatory having specific office address and suite to run the show. I want to organize everything from my home place. Is it possible
4. Can I organize unoffcially all the tasks such as recruting, conducting interviews, finalising all deals. After settlement my aunt will sign officially since she does not know anything
5. To start to whom I have to contact and how.
6.I need an attorney who helps me to start LLC officially with all paper work and in future I want to do all migration cases with him only like H1 process, GC etc.
7.Please suggets which place could be good to start consulting LLC company.

Please provide me inromation and give me attorney's info who are in MI, NJ, NY, OH.

I am sorry for unclear question.
I want to start consutling business and I won't do my GC/H1 or from this company. I am going to put 50% capital and my friends (same on H1) puts 50% capital. and
1. It is 100% fine if I run the company from my home place even though the LLC registerd is in some other state.
2. Can I use my home address for all further company transctions.
3.If we get any profit how can we get it ..I mean as a check signed by CEO(my Aunt) or something else.
4. Could you please suggest some attorneys who helps to start company or any URLs that gives the attorney's info.

I won't run the company and I will be passive in the business. My exact question is

1. If we start company by recruting my Aunt as CEO at place A, can she run the company from B place by providing the company address as her home address or my address (palce C).
2. or is it necessary she must be at the same place A where the company is registered.

We want to run the company from our home(B) itself without renting any space for office where it is registered(A). Ofcourse my Aunt runs the transcations.
Please let me know is it possible running the company without office space at registered place. and can she do office transactions by using home address.
That's it.

I don't want to make my home address as office and don't want to keep any others illegal with me.
so finally I can start a company as passive member by making my aunt as CEO and she can run everything from her home..right
