Please provide an employer letter format

Hi All,
I have changed my job using 180 portability rule (AC21) and I am in the process of informing INS about change of job. I guess I need a letter from my employer about my job title and description. I do not know how to format an employer letter. Is there a specific format which I have to use. If so please advoice me where to get it or if you have one please just provide the frame work of your letter. Thanks in advance.

Format

There is no specific format for an employer's letter. Infact it is not necessary to inform the INS about the job change. You are inviting an interview for yourself if you do that. If you still want to send the letter then the job title/category has to be the same as that for which your labor was approved. This is important. Also, the job description must be 80% similar. Take a look at you labor certification petition and compose a letter. The letter can state your salary also.
