Please post Manchester FP Experience

Could anybody who has done their FP in Manchester, NH post their experience; I really appreciate. Our FP is scheduled end of this month and we have travel plans during this time. Is it possible to have early FP in Manchester?

I think it is. It’s a fairly quiet office (and even if you are there the staff tend to hang around and chat rather than see to you) so I would suggest just dropping in on then with your stuff and trying to get the fingerprint early.
 
I tried to do early FP last month and the guy gave us the hardest time he possibly could. We went in around 8:30 AM. He said we dont have an appointment(for that day) and cannot do FP until he clears all the appointments. By the time he cleared all appointments it was 3 PM, which is a closing time for them.
He then called us to do fingerprinting. And the reasoning he gave...
It is not fair to do my FP while the people with appointments are waiting.

But, you can try, the guy who was there that day was a spanish young guy. If he is there for you expect a long wait...

Infact my wife has the notice for FP scheduled and I do not receive yet; just wondering if I could try too togeather? is it possible? and what documents you think I need to carry with me.

Try for it. You aren't losing anything by trying. If you happen to see the same person that I saw the other day, I am sure he will not do it without a FP notice. For us he didn't like to do early FP.

They did not allow me

My wife had her FP notice and I did not get it. I tried to request them at Manchester to take my FP as well. They did not entertain my request. But you can try your luck, just don't be too hopeful and feel bad later. You have nothing to lose by trying.

If you have a FP notice and then you are trying to go early, I would suggest that you go on a day other than wednesday. Wednesday is the day when they accept people who have missed their appointments and it is generally more people on that day. Also, try going there at around 11.00 AM instead of early morning if possible. Usually there is a lady at the FP counter and she does not really care if you go early. But if you find that spanish guy at the window, then expect some rude behaviour.

I did my stamping in manchester. It was indeed a quite office and everything was smooth for me.
however, my wife just got her FP notice (her application is still not approved yet) and we tried for an early FP , but was no success.
 
Why not go to Boston ?

I did very early FP in Boston. Mine is Boston though. I think you can do even in Boston and normally they will not refuse. Go in the afternoon when there is less crowd.

We got FP notice yesterday and our FPs are scheduled end of March.

We wanted to do early FP.

Any recent experiences with early FP at Manchester, NH office?
