Please POst list of docs for FP..URGENT

I am going for early finger printing on thursday, 23rd sept.

I have sent my Passport for H1 extension stamping and have new EAD and Ssn and DL of Ct. Actual date for FP is oct 8th.

Do I need carry employment verificaiotn letter ? Please let me know the list of documents to show there..

My wife did no receive notice and she had EAD card. Can She give finger prints along with me?
