1. Did u apply in the local office or the regional office (NSC)?

2. What is the new expiry date on ur EAD (a year from the last expiry or a year from the approval date of the new EAD)?

I had my EAD renewed (over the mail) and it took about a month to be approved. I am not sure whether it was faster because it was a renewal.:confused:
 
I renewd my EAD myself for both me and my wife.

MD: 8/3/02 by priority mail
RD: 8/5/02
ND: 8/7/02
AD: 9/1/02

It is fantastic NSC at this field. But my 485 still says" We sent you a FP notice at **** date....." I FPed myself back at end of May.

I sent my renewal application to NSC. I did not take attorney help for renewal.

2. What is the new expiry date on ur EAD (a year from the last expiry or a year from the approval date of the new EAD)?

Old EAD: 11/02/01 to 11/01/02
New EAD: 11/02/02 to 11/01/03

05/20/02 (Second Notice - which was received after doing FP).

1. Did u receive second FP notice - when?
2. Cud u post ur details?
3. Which city/state r u from?

my 2nd EAD details..

Applied for 2nd EAD and AP on 17th July 2002 (Dont remember exact RD and ND for EAD/AP)
and I recvd EAD approval on 25th Aug 2002,valid till Nov 2003 (from expiry of previous EAD),and AP I recvd 7th Sep 2002,valid from approval of 2nd AP..

AS for I-485 Approval..I don't think any time this year (ND Oct 16th 2001)

Also:how come the filers in rupnet in July just keep increasing...it's so disheartening..as the rate of increase of filers is more than that of approvals.
Also,I usually sort by last updated,as we feel some old filers are not updating,but if you see the last updated date,almost all old filers are updating rupnet (with some comment,etc)

EAD got Approved on 21st Aug.
Ap got Approved on 27th Aug.

When did you gety your receipts ?

Can you tell when you got your receipts for 485/EAD separately ? Also, if possible, the check clearing date.
