Please post your experince if you have changed your address after applying for I-485. I want to move to Milpitas which is under San Jose jurisdiction because there is a high probability that I might get an interview. I know I have to file AR-11. Is there anything else that I need to do like calling the INS service center or faxing?? I want to make sure that they update their system in time so my case gets transfered to San Jose not SFO. Please let me know if anyone has done this recently.

need to change with CSC

I moved in Dec01 after filing 485 in Oct. Attorney faxed the Address change. Also when I called to enquire about my EAD I asked to change the address which IIO did but at the time of finger printing they again had the old address which they changed.

So may be in your case mail them your adddress change and also talk to IIO to do this to make sure your address is changed.

I want to avoid SFO interview because it takes 1 year just to get it scheduled. I won't be able to move until OCT 1st as the current lease will expire then . You guys think it will be too late to move. Please let me know your opinion.
