Hi,

I would like to open a new tracker here. Who had replied your RFE to NSC and now is still waiting for the decision, please post here. Below are my details:

NSC NIW & EB1A
filed 5/28/2004
RFE received for both 1/26/2005
Replied RFE 4/19 for both
EB1A LUD 1/26, 4/19, 5/18, 5/19 :confused:
NIW LUD 1/26, (No LUD change on 4/19, so sent inquiry 5/16), 5/17, 5/18, 5/25 :confused:

I-485 filed 3/2005, FP did 5/25/2005.
