Did anyone have this experience that after doing 2nd FP, existing RFE message get changed to FP received in the online status.
It happened in my case and I called the Customer Service, they informed me that the RFE was for Finger Prints ????
This is the first time I am hearing that 2nd FP notice will cause the online message to change. Anyone has a similar experience, please post.
Posting in VSC to get more input, though my 485 is at CSC.
