do not spend your tax rebate check in U.S. Send it back to ur home country. Dont worry about U.S economy. NSC processing is as slow as U.S. economy. Make money and be prepared to go back and start Business in ur home country. Take this job to home country. My employer has agreed that I can take the job to India and get it done there.
