Hello everyone,

Since folks in EB-3 had an RFE thread, I decided to start one for EB-1 and EB-2. I recently joined the RFE club. My signature has the details.
 
Another tracking list, no problem, it doesn't hurt anyway :)

Here are my details. RFE issued 4/27. RFE replied and ackn 5/22 had LUDs 5/23 5/24 no change afterwards. As of FEB-06 my case is stuck is name check. Did not inquire after that.

Any one who know for sure his/her name check is stuck AND received RFE after that recently please post.

Any idea why they send me REF even my PD is not current? Does this mean my Name check cleared AND my PD will be current soon?

Can you please put your service center (TSC/NSC/ etc) in the signature, it will give an idea that what PDs are being processed pre-adjuication of I 485.

All subsequent posting are requested to kindly put info about service center.
