Please post daily approvals in this link and also corresponding monthly link. If this link is on top, that will keep our hopes high..

Please post Reciept Notice Date, Approval Date , Category like EB2/EB3 , if substitute any important situations/exp in brief.

Only if we receive any approvals - I as of the last 20 days now have not seen much approvals - but yes truly a good idea.. come on guys keep posting your approvals here on this thread started by Satya..

At last after 9 months my 140 approved. It was a labor sub and applied under EB3 category.

I got my EAD renewal approved in a month. ND June18, AD July 15 (online).
Nothing about I-140, ND 4-24-02, at least 4 other petitions with same ND have not been reviewed.

Applied concurrently - 140/485/EAD/AP - RD for all 12/18/2002 ND for all - 01/22/2003

FP Done - 3/4/2003 Received - 3/11/2003

140 - RFE - 4/2/2003 Replied - 5/22/2003 Not approved yet.

Yet EAD/AP are approved for self and wife.

I don't see any benifit out of this thread being on top, as every one started to have their ND and/or approvals for EAD/AP etc.

If this thread updated, I would expect some I-140s are approved. Its not happening here. It became like any other thread....very general :)

We, the guys updatinfg this thread, are no where close to the thread creator's intention !!

EB3, applied using concurrent option for 485 in sept '02.

FP done in NOV '02 EAD and AP approved in Oct '02


This was a long wait over 14 months with a happy ending

My I-140 was approved on July 16th. Online status hasn't changed, but my lawyer has received the approval notice today.
