I want to start this thread for folks to post what they hear from their lawyers about the retrogress and when the situation would become better. This would give a lot of us some hope that things could become better in the future.
I just spoke to my lawyer and she said things might look good in December. Every quarter the USCIS releases visas. Also the hope is that the bookkeeping mode that USCIS is in (because of the huge number of GCs approved already) would be done by December and we could see some PD movement then.
Please post any tit bits of information you get from your lawyers.
