hi everyone ,

im just curious if im missing any document to file for I-751 ... i have the package ready to file by jan 09 ....... and here what i prepared :



*copy of my green card ( front and back )
*copy of my ID and my wife ID with same address since we got married .
*copy of lease agreement with both names .
*copy of car insurance with both names .
* copy of credit card statment with both names .
*copy of bills with both names ( cable tv ,cell phone , internet , electric ,)
* copy of ckecking account statment with both names .
*copy of income tax return 2006 , 2007 , and i will add 2008 later .
*affidavit from 3 peple who have knowlege about out living together .
* picures for both of us in different ocassion .
* mail and cards with both names .
* copy of my paystub from my employer for the last 3 months .
*copy of my social security card

do i need to have criminal record and medical exam ???

P.s
how long do u think the process will take and what our chance to be called for an interview . we HAD interview for my 3 years green card and got approved 5 month after the interview . plus im leaving the country right after i do the finger print ( is that ok ? )

Don't you have any medical insurance in both of yours name? What about life-insurance policy wherein other spouse is the beneficiary? Do you have any proof of taking trips together which shows both names in there like travel iteneary, hotel room, etc? You may also add a Will which is considred a very solid evidence to prove the legitimacy of the marriage.

Make sure to have a cover letter which should include everything that you are sending. Also, you don't need 3 affidavits; rather just two. And, don't attach more than 15 photos as it will be useless.

And yes, you can travel after fingerprinted. It takes at least one year if you would file it in VT service center and a 6-8 months in other service center. There is no medical exam for this but criminal backgound will be checked. You don't need to submit anything; rather USCIS will conduct a criminal background check by their own once your fingerprinted is taken.
