I would appreciate some help with your knowledge of this particular subject matter, as I don't have that much.
My OPT expires at the end of this month, and I realize I have a 60 day grace period. I want to remain in this country and work legally. I don't wish to go back to school (thus reinstate my F1 status), and I'm having difficulty finding an H1 sponsor. Is there any other way that I can legally work without permenant residency? What is this I-485 thing?
