I came to U.S from canada. while in canada I applied for Permanent residency visa. and my status was workpermit. I got this workpermit with an offer letter from a immigration consultant and I was not aware that the company on which i got my offer letter is not registered. with the same offer letter I applied for H1b visa and got through it. Now I'm in U.S for an year working and paying taxes to the government.
4months back I was asked to send my passport to canadian immigration for final review of my immigration application. I sent my passport and in october i got a mail from canadian immigration that i have produced fradualant documents regarding my experience. and i have obtained H1b with the same document.
Now i know that my permanent residency application will be refused. I'm more worried about my H1b visa. will canadian immigration inform U.S immigration that i have obtained H1b with false experience?? Please answer my question.. I'm having sleepless nights...
