So are you. Your PD of EB3 is mid 2003. At least my PD is EB2 and much earlier than your current EB3 PD (2001 EB2)

If you support those illegal bills, you should think about why the PD for EB3 stay at 2001 forever (THOSE PREVIOUS ILLEGAL BILLS CAUSED THAT).
