Fathers name should be similar in all documents. I want to know, In case of Muslims, If “Md’ Omitted in some documents, is it create problem?

I also want to know what are the major documents checked by counselor (while interview).

All name should be exactly same as it appears in all kind of documents.
Counselor checks- these types of misconduct, your qualification, all documents they asked to bring.
