please i need urgent help

my husband wants to get rid of me... i just got conditional GC few months ago. We have been having marital problems because of several reasons but he always said that he will support me to get permanent GC. Now he started acting violently and today he told me to leave because he doesnt want to sponsor me anymore...
what should I do? Is there any lawyer who can help with this matter? please...

If I'm not mistaken, I believe you may be entitled to proceed with the case if through no fault of your own the relationship has changed, for instance your husband has cheated on you or has physically abused you. I would say go to an immigration organization, they are pretty helpful and an an attorney is not needed. I think they are actually more knowledgable than most attorneys. The reason I say this is because I'm working with an immigration organization and their fees are minimal and the case is proceeding smoothly. I have heard many horros stories with attorneys.
