Hello,
    I have my EAD# and I have received I-797 form and it was attached with the G-325A why is that? why they want another biographic form if I sent exact the same a
    long time ago.

u should contact INS and speak to IIO

Check ur I-485 application receipt notice
The telephone number is given there
Please call them and ask IIO why they sent u the G325 form
or consult ur lawyer
