Please i-864 help!!!

I have a very important question for I-864! When you have a joint sponsor do they have to be related to you? & How does it work do they only count me(the intending immigrant) and their household right? They dont add MY household also right? & one more can they use child support to add on to their income!??? THANK YOU

I know that they don't need to be related to you and they just count you not your household. However Im not sure about Child Support, you might need to research that further

I think on aos instructions form it says u can count child support as income..u may want to read it again.

Is anybody else in your household being sponsored?

Read the I-864 and I-864A instructions and it will explain the rules for sponsors and joint sponsors.
