I have a question regarding I-485 ---- I would appreciate any help or inputs regarding this -----
I have an I-485 AOS pending -- I have received fingerprint notice but haven\'t taken it yet. I am thinking about going home and getting married.
Is it possible to add my spouse\'s name in the I-485 at this stage?
Is it possible to apply for a seperate I-485 for her with CP (before my interview) in persuant to my I-485 while it is pending for AOS?
I am currently working under H1B but don\'t have the VISA stamp --- I am afraid to apply for a VISA stamp to a consulate since I have a imm based petition pending.
Can anybody give any input regarding this for the best possible option?
