EAD Help
My EAD was expired and i applied for an extension on 10/16/03.
My last day with my current project is 11/11/03. Meantime i got a decent offer and they are asking me to join ASAP.
Iam ok with the job offer, but i dont have a valid EAD. Is there any quick way to get the EAD. I mean can i go to the local INS office before 90 days and get it.
Also i spoke to BCIS and they said i can fill a EXPEDITE(request to speed up the process) form and fax them. They may or may not consider this request. Did anyone of you fill this before?
So guys what can do in this situation. Please help me. Any kind of input is helpful. Can anyone tell me how long the EAD is taking right now. Is there anyone with my EAD recieve date?
