Good day to all. I am applying for green card thru future employer. The labor has been approved and since then the sponsor has been dragging his feet on giving out his income tax return(financial documents) for the concurrent filling of I140/I485. It seems he is feeling reluctant to give out his financial documents. What can I do now? Is there any alternative? Can I still file without those documents. Please I need your help! My dependents need EAD.

Do you know if the company is public?

I wouldn't send it without them. Check at their processing procedure:

You might be lucky and they can issue you a receipt, but the lack of finnacial documentation will trigger an RFE immediately.

If the company is a public company, the finnacial records must be public and you can ask for a copy at the IRS. Try that way first if the company is public.

Good luck
Rich
