I need help! rightnow i am very depressed. I am an Indian came to USA on Tourist visa 2.5 years back. And then i converted into H1 visa and then F1 visa. But never stamped any of these H1 and F1. After i became the permanent resident of canada. I landed in canada and applied to US consulate for F1 visa stamping. But they rejected and gave me a letter stating my intention of staying there.
Now i am stuck in canada and my car all stuff is in US i have leased apartment.
Though my F1 visa is rejected. But my Tourist visa is still valid. They didn't do anything on Tousrist visa as it is for 10 years.
That's my background Now my question is it possible to go to USA on tourist visa basis which i got long ago in mumbai and still valid and get back my stuff here to canada. Will it be ok to explain at port entry.
please help me????????
