Hi Friends,

I have landed in a trouble and need your help to get out of it.

Here is my history :

**Came to USA in April 98 on H1B --- Salary $48k (LCA approved for 45k)
**Was working on this H1b till Dec 2000.
**Applied for H1B extension in Dec2000 , but this time company applied for it for $87k. H1 got approved.
**Due to economy and change in client my salary came down to 52k in June 2002.
**Applied 485 in July 2002, got EAD in Aug 2002.

Currently I am on H1B with 52K salary, So my Question is will it effect my GC process since I am getting 52k which is < than new LCA i.e 87K?

Please help........
 
During the GC process

You went through Labor stuff. What was the salary mentioned in that. By looking into your case, it makes me feel that you filed for GC late and hence your Labor might have the higher salary. In that an RFE could sometimes cause an issue. Probably get something from the company that says that they'll pay you that salary after you get your GC.
