Hello all,

I am in a situation where I need to make a decision fast.
My present sponsering employer is not able to find a job for me in last four months. I-485 was filed in Jan02.
As I am looking for a job and found one in Texas. presently I live in NJ and my service center is VSC.

Should I move to that state ? will it cause a problem in GC process ? I am worried if the case is transferred as i heard TSC moves very slow.

It happened to my husband's friend as he changed the address.

How about if I maintain my address in NJ as and work in Texas ?

Please suggest.

If you can maintain you NJ add. you don't need to file "change of add." form. I don't know how you are going to do it.

One of my friends filed I-485 at VSC and changed job, working out in Georgia. He leaves his family in MD and communicate to home once a while. Though not a nice way to do, this will save him from witching to TSC and prolonging the process.
