Hello All-

I am getting married to a US Citizen soon. I heard that there may
be issues in tge green card process with criminal offenses.

I do not have offenses, but I had a traffic ticket that I forgot to pay, so my license got suspended and I was pulled over for not stopping completely at a stop sign.
The cop ran my license and found that my license had been suspended.
I went to court, and told them it was because of an unpaid ticket.
They dismissed the case, my license was immedietely restored. Does this
need to be disclosed if a case was dismissed?

On a similar note, my neighbors complained about my second car parked on the street when I was traveling and the police assumed that it was abandoned. So, I had to go to court, but since I donated that vehicle to charity, they dismissed that case as well.

Could either of these affect my green card application that I will be filing with my spouse. Does this information need to be disclosed though both cases were dismissed? Please help since this has been causing a some amount of mental anxiety

Thanks much
