I am an F-1 student in US filing for AOS through diversity there is a question asking whether I am applying under 245(i), I do not know what to answer. I searched everywhere for an answer and could not find anything please help!!
 
Answer "No". INA 245(i) is for people who were the beneficiary of a petition filed before 2001, who can do Adjustment of Status if otherwise eligible even if they are out of status or entered illegally. 1) You are in status and eligible for regular AOS, and 2) You are not eligible for INA 245(i) anyway because you were not the beneficiary of a petition filed before 2001.
 
Thank you! If possible I have another concern about my DS form. I have the DS-2019 document as a pdf file sent to me by the sponsor but it doesn't have a signature of consular and I do not have my signature either. Do you think it might cause any problems? P.S. it was in the past, I have already compiled 2 year homestay.
