Applied for 485 in April. 180 days will expire on Oct 10. In a very bad situation because I work for an Airline Industry. Still have my job though. From this board it appears most 485 applications gets approved in less than 15 months. I guess I don\'t understand the LIN # concept. Please tell me how long can I expect after reveiwing the details below:
Non RIR
Country: Bangladesh
RD: 04/10/01
ND: 04/26/01
FP: 06/12/01 Yes..the date is correct
NO RFE so far
LIN#:160**

Also my H1B doesn\'t expire until 2003, but got my EAD last week. What does the EAD does to my H1B?

Your I-485 will approval around 4/26/2001 Pluse 12~14 Months

YOur I-485 may be approval around 4/26/2002.

You do not need to use your EAD when you still have H-1B at current job.
But You can working any company by using the EAD if you lose your job.
