Please help!!!

Im having the oath ceremony this week, after the citizenship interview my wife and me got to an argument and she called the cops, they told us to be sepered for the night and try to make our relationship to the better. They didnt give any papers or anything saying that i was cited or charged....
My question is: do i have to answer by NO or by YES to the question 4 that in the notice of naturalization oath ceremony?

Not sure. If the police come and temorarily deprived your freedom to move, then you were
technically detained. On the other hand, if such things do not create a formal paper record
of arrest or detention, we don't report it. And If you were really guilty, even if you were not arrested,
you are supposoed to answer Yes to "not arreated for an offense" question.

The more compplictaed thing is what if you answer No and take the oath but next week, the
district attorney filed formal charge? I think you should answer No only if this
scanario has no or little chance to happen
