I have my EAD through husband. We had some problems and were going to be separated so I applied H1 and joined a company. Then that company was downsizing and moved to another company with my EAD (expires aug 2012). Now this company should do my h1 transfer but they are postponing.
My husband wont renew my EAD (due to problems in marriage).
Will the H1 expire by the time i convince my employer to do around may or june ?
