Today I call INS. They said my case try to deny.
How can I do now? Who has exprience about the special case.

Is there any special instance in your case? such as out of status, being out of job, ect...
 
urgent help

My case is normal case. I still have a job and H-1 visa.
One problem in my case is two I-140. My case is
EB2--pd 04/98-nd 01/02. For my second -140, my lawyer
made a mistake for EB3.
Please advise.
