I entered in usa 2006 on F1. I got my H1 approved on 2008 . But was not able to maintain status since no job. I m out of status since then. I filed for asylum and its refered to IJ.....now i have my regular hearing on july. but i dont want to wait that long however wanna go to different country(japan) since my fiance lives there. can i withdraw my application and apply for japan???please suggest
