I worked for company A from Jan 2000 to Aug 2000. I got an H1 from company B and worked for it from Sep 2000 to Dec 2000. I resigned from company B at the end of Dec 2000 and went back to company A. I am still working for company A. Is This a problem? Company A had not cancelled my H1 when I had temporarily stopped working for it and the company lawyer says that I need not apply for a new H1 from company A since it was not revoked in the first place. I also got my labor and I-140 done from company A without any problems. My I-95 for company A is valid till Oct 2002 and I have already received the receipts for my I-485 filing. Will there be any problems for my I-485 approval because of this?
