I sent my package in February. I just sent RFE which was affecting I-485 and I-765. I noticed today that on form I-765, I somehow didn't answer question 16 which is Eligibility Category. Can I get denied because of that? I applied based on marriage and they can clearly see my eligibility category, I just forgot to write it down. I made Infopass appointment for tomorrow to see what can they tell me. Any of you have any advice or were in similar position, I am freaking out, because I read that once EAD is denied ,there is no appeal.
