Please Help!!!

I received welcome notice sent email on 19th July, card production email on 20th july, approval sent email on 24th july.

my wife received both card and welcome notice on 28th july but I did not receive any thing yet. i have made plans to go to india in few weeks. i am thinking of taking a infopass appointment but i don't have any proof of approval except approval sent email. i don't know what to do.

is anyone in same situation as i am in like wiife received card and you did not. i am wondering what is wrong. i haven't moved since 1 1/2 years. i called customer service and they are of no help but asked them to change the address to current address anyways.

anyone has any thoughts?

You will get the card soon. Usually 2-3 weeks from approval. In case that is not enought time, you might be better off postponing your plans.

Unless you have approved and valid AP/visa, which you can use to travel.
 
As of today, I have not recieved the card. It has only been a week since my approval though. I recieved the welcome notice last thursday. I am guessing I will get the card this week (even today... possibly).

Take the copy of approval email and they will stamp UR passport.. That is good as getting the actual card .. U can then travel wherever you want.
