I came to US on H4 visa, recently i got a company who sponsored me for GC. I applied using labor substitution. My I 140 and 485 are pending at NSC.I got my EAD a month ago. My H4 is valid till september 07. I want to know what will be my visa status while my 140 and 485 pending.I dont know if they are going to approve it or not and if it is denied how can i maintain my legal status.
Please advise me what is the best thing to do now?

Did you find the answer to your question? My wife is here on H4 and I recently applied for H1B and it is currently in process. We came across someone, who offered a pre-approved labor, if she joins them. Could you please advise me the process that you went through, using Labor Substitution. Is there any risk involved in it? Any advise will be really great!!
