Dear Friends,
My employer has been reducing the benefits and hourly rates. It is very annoying to work under this pressure. I have a job offer and I like to switch to other company (same field).
After waiting 580 days I do not want to jeopardize my whole case.
Our case has been transferred to Newark-NJ on last October.
Recently, I had to redo I-140 because of name and tax id# changes.
I have applied for a new EAD about 45 days ago.
