HI am not sure if anyone has ever been in a situation like this before but would greatly appreciate some feed back on this. Thank you in advance.
I have a friend who entered the U.S on a k1 visa but did not get married and has been out of status since 4 years. Things did not work out with his ex fiance and is now dating an american citizen and wants to marry her. Is there any way to adjust his status after they get married. Would really appreciate some feed back on this soon. Thankyou
