I am a us citizen and I like to bring my parents as a permanent resident.My problem is my mom and dad they are separated and they both have new husband and wife.Also I have sister living with dad who is 17 years old.Can anyone help me please how I can apply for them also if my sister is under 21 can see come with my parents or not?
