Hello Everybody,
I came to USA on F1 visa last year i.e SET 2004 to pursue my PhD in CS.
This summer i.e 2005 I did an internship in ABC company. They liked my work and asked me If I can work full time for them. I thought doing part time PhD is a good option for me and agreed.
And they filed my H1 B visa from the company's lawyer. After one month, I received an approval notice on my H1 B and thenafter I got my I94.
Recently my company received a letter from the US Citizenship and Immigration Services stating....
On August...., the service approved the petition and the petition was counted under H-1B numerical limitation for fiscal year 2006.
As of August....., the service received notice that the check submitted to cover the fees for the petition was declined due to deficiency.
At the time funds were resubmitted on September....to correct this discrepancy, the numerical limitation for FY2006 had been reached.
Therefore the approval of my petition was automatically revoked...
WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW... Any suggestions will be appreciated.....
