I got my Labor from my current employer and i filed I-485,140,765,131
Can i change my employer at this point?

Not until your I-140 is approved and your I-485 has been pending for 180 days. Then you can use AC21 and change jobs.

There was a memo released where it says you may be able to do so before I-140 approval but it still seems it's up for specualtion and if you feel you can chance it.
