Hi I am a Physical therapist from India and I am on H-4 visa, I completed all my license procedure and filed my Green card (I-140&I-485 Concurrently filed under EB2 from VSC).I read an article in Sheila murthy that Visa number for Physical Therapist and Nurses are current.
Can U guys tell me what that means?
My RD for I-140,I-485 & EAD is 8/1/2005.
Can anyone please tell me when can I expect my EAD and when will I get FP notice.
Over all how long will it take to get the GREEN CARD.?
Any help is really appreciated.
