I'm working sponsored by a company. Another company has made me a new offer that I have accepted. They have begin the process to apply for a new visa. They've told me that we will have the approval notice in 1 month.

Can I leave my actual company in any moment from now on or I have to wait until I receive the approval notice?

If the second company filed for your H1b and if you have received your receipt number (13 charecter number) you can quit the first company and legal start employment with the second company. but if you choose to travel to your country of origin then it is good if you obtain a new visa for second employer.
