Hi Everyone,

My wife is on h4 visa status.Her green card application(1-485) has been approved while she is in outside US. She is still in other country. she dont have any advance parole. Is there any problem at POE when she returns to US. Please help me.

if her H4 stamp is valid, she should not have a problem entering the country.

She should be okay as long as the H4 is valid as harvydonald has pointed out earlier. It may be advisible not to mention anything about approved GC.

very likely they will have information of her GC approval at the POE. they will still let her in on deferred inspection. while she should not volunteer any information about her GC approval, she should not deny it either if confronted with the info. get a lawyer's opinion.
